I had a bunch of Amazon US items in my shopping list, and they were previously showing up with “free international delivery for prime members”, but now they’re all showing delivery prices ranging from $90 to $200. Has anything changed in the last few weeks?
Seller is Amazon US
If it's Amazon US, normally if it's free usually sold by Amazon itself or other sellers participating FBA items. When it is not free it could be from other sellers in USA which do not do free shipping.
Lost your prime access? Are you in a regional area? Maybe dropped outside the allowed shipping zone?

Since posting that, what I’ve worked out is if something is really cheap (for what it is) Amazon US will slap on shipping charges.
It can depend on the item. I've noticed that postage is not free more often with stuff that is bulky and or heavy. It's more common with Amazon UK than Amazon US. It can be annoying to keep track of the real price as the camels don't keep track of any postage costs.
What kind of items are we looking at?
I noticed this last night, seemed to be that it wasn't shipping from the same location therefore they calculated the cost per item rather than the entire cost. Unless Amazon groups the items together on the final page it treats them individually for the over $49 or whatever it is.
If it's not what @freefall101 suggested, it might have been a Fathers Day special, which has now ended.
BTW, I assume this is bought via Amazon.com.au, sold by Amazon US… not bought from Amazon US directly?
I purchased a $57 item sold by Amazon US on Tuesday. Free shipping (altho kinda slow). When I look at the same item again it still shows free shopping ( I've got prime access.)
Could be seller changed?
