Phone just rings out 9 times out of 10. Chat is switched to email most days. Email gets answered but avoids providing any help.
My last delivery took 3 weeks after I reminded and reminded to please send.
Nonetheless, payment is taken immediately.
After a factual review on Productreview, I finally got an order sorted out correctly. Until then, I had been stonewalled by the "Returns Department".
Their prices are low for good reason.

My only issue was as I wasn’t at home it was taken to the local PO to pick up

Just for some balance, YMMV - I ordered some hiking boots from them in April from a similar sale, shipped within a few days, no issues.

Can you please include a photo of the outsole in your listings? Also, a cross-section blueprint showing the cushioning and depth of the grip would be awesome.
After my last experience with BrandhouseDirect I will happily pay more and go elsewhere.
Extremely slow delivery, unreachable cusomer service and difficult exchange process.
Of course, YMMV.
