I'm thinking of taking a punt on the 250 entry option since you get 100% cashback, however it seems like a way to for Shopback to hold on to some cash for a few days, before paying it back?

I also took a punt on the 250 entry option. The $50 cashback tracked straight away. Terms don't indicate when it will be confirmed, so fingers crossed it's soon.

Does it say when you can withdraw the $50?
It just says they'll "reimburse it back to you with 100% Cashback right after purchase." No timeframe on when you can withdraw.
Generally after 5 days. I notice that it becomes a monthly event since July.

I bought the $50 one then realised I could actually buy the $30 one as well. Then realised I could buy the $20. Then the $15…
I got carried away and ended buying all $134, and the cashback got tracked right away.
Hopefully it's 100% cashback for all of them… And if it is, consider taking a punt with this, too!
That's the way. It becomes a monthly event since July.
Just be careful that your card issuer may automatically block the card for a sequence of purchases in a short period.

Yeah, you can make multiple purchase from different denominations but note that it's limited to 1 purchase per denominations @JHoliday
