Appears to be uncapped. I think this expires midnight AEST 03/09/24, it just shows an "expires in xx hours".

What will stop me from getting cashback

  • You must empty your TEMU cart prior to clicking/tapping from TopCashback.
  • Cashback for TEMU is eligible only on orders placed from within Australia, and delivered to Australia.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchase of gift cards and/or use of gift cards for payment.

What else is essential

  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • Always return to TopCashback and click through via the pink cashback button to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.

Good to know

  • TEMU cashback may report a lower amount than expected due to international conversion rates, fees, taxes and other factors determined by TEMU. Please note TopCashback has no control over this process.
  • Ensure you disable plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole & VPNs prior to clicking/tapping from TopCashback as they will prevent your order from tracking.
  • If you cancel / return / exchange / modify your completed order, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.

  • Mines still not tracked and i went to support. Disappointing. I want to cancel my order now but to late.

    Are we really stuck on waiting for months and then denied? Now that would suck

    • There is absolutely no excuse for it not to being tracked.

  • so my cashback was tracked but the most expensive item is missing from the delivered package. I chatted to Temu's bot and the only solution is to provide a refund for that item.

    I assume that my cashback would be rejected by the payable date (in 12 weeks) if I proceed with a refund for that single item?

    • Probably want to consider refunding the whole order in your case.
      Normally if I have an issue with one of the items in my order and it's something inexpensive, I wouldn't do anything incase it causes the cashback to get rejected.

      • I managed to chat to their support and Temu is going to ship the missing item to me now.

          update: after exchanging several emails, Temu has informed me that they won’t be able to ship the missing item (valued at $13). The only solution they offered is a refund for the missing item.

          Temu's resolution emails are typically 5 paragraphs long, made me feel sick reading them how Temu expressed deep apologies and concern etc. they also made incorrect assumptions about how I wanted to proceed with the refund. All I wanted was for Temu to ship the missing item which they were unable to do; or provide a simple 'yes' or 'no' answer to my questions about the full refund for items the are used/open. In the end, it wasn’t worth my time to pursue it further. Ironically, Temu’s final email acknowledged that they are grateful this has been resolved, even though my problem wasn’t truly fixed.

    • @Rukiata There is hope as you usually need to wait (in silence) for about 3 months after you have submitted the claim, before you hear back from TopCashback.

      TopCashback operates a little differently to Cashrewards and ShopBack in that the tracking isn't manually added when the order doesn't track. You have submitted the claim and would have received the automated confirmation email. It is normal with TopCashback that you will not hear from anyone (or see any tracking for this order) for about 3 months while they wait for Temu to check and reply. If your claim is rejected, then you would contact the rep tightarse who is very helpful.

      I had submitted missing cashback claims for Amazon and eBay and waited about 2 months before they approved the cashback. My AliExpress purchase last week didn't track and I will have to submit missing cashback claims for each item in the order. Like you, I will also have to wait for a few months and not expect to hear from anyone sooner. The waiting period depends on the retailer.

  • Update: lodged missing cashback day after, yesteday the cashback got approved.

    • Had mine track correctly (by itself, eventually) but not yet approved. The moral of the story is to lodge missing cashback straight away for a quicker cashback?

      • Yep, as soon as you can. At least TopCashback lets you submit a claim, but puts it "on ice" until 7 days has passed, then submits the claim automatically. Both Cashrewards and Shopback won't even let you lodge it until 7 days has passed
