Introducing our four flavours:

🍪Megatron’s Mega Cookie Explosion
This Cookies and Cream gelato is packed with MEGA cookie pieces and topped with a cookie drizzle. We use charcoal to replicate Megatron’s Dark exterior in our gelato to craft the ultimate match made in heaven.

🫧Elita’s Bubblegum Blast
That’s a candy gelato that’s out of this world. Topped with 100’s and 1000’s, this flavour is more than meets the eye, naturally coloured with a mix of fruits to craft the perfect Elita shade.

A little heavy on the electrons.

      Convert them into energon cubes

Don't sound like they'd be new flavours, just adding colour and rebranding?

Comparing to https://gelatissimo.com.au/flavours/ seems like red velvet matrix is the only flavour that's actually limited edition.

Mega cookie explosion = cookies & cream
      Honeycomb hero = choc honeycomb
      Bubblegum blast = candy wonderland

  • I love Megatron's cream! best flavour cookies n cream

    • He keeps his cream nozzle clean but is still not too keen on crushing his cookies.

    • The worst one

100 scoops? What is this, a give away for ants?

    • +1

      50 stores X 100 at each + 900 more at Darling Habour = 5900 scoops

  • How do we know which stores are participating. Is it all stores?

    • Yes, all stores

Hopefully it's more than meets the eye.

  • No line at 3pm on the dot for darling quarter. But by 3:03 already 20+ people

  • Free scoop + Transformers t-shirt👍
Had to ask for t-shirt! Largest was M.
3rd in line @2:45 Carindale, Brisbane

  • Free scoop + Transformers movie tickets for 4👍
1st in line @2:50 Rooty Hill West HQ
We needed to have a voucher/raffle ticket to get a free scoop and there were only 2 left in the store. The ice cream lady had been trying to give them away in the club but more people refused them than accepted them. It's the first time I've ever heard of Gelatissimo using the raffle tickets so it would be interesting to know if other stores used them, too.

    • A simple system that works.
Numbered tickets were an easy way to control numbers. Multiple staff didn't need to keep count to limit to 100. People queuing knew their position in queue to get offer.

Used at my local with 4 staff. Didn't ask for numbered ticket as few waiting.
Personally preferred the colourful Transformers t-shirt to movie tickets I probably wouldn't use.

  • Thanks for the insight. I was a bit taken aback because the scooper-person explained that only ticket holders were eligible to a free scoop. So, if there were no raffle ticket holders about and I was first in line but without a ticket I couldn't get the freebie.

I'm not a t-shirt person and I have grandkids. I'm shouting the family outing because I'm not a cinema goer. ;)

  • Thanks the caramel and bubblegum were nice. No idea about the raffle tickets nor the tshirts, Kirribilli was just handing out the scoops, albeit a tad reluctantly. There was a line of about six people when we arrived around 3pm and it moved quickly so we were soon enjoying our scoops. Thanks Op!
