PSA: Always book direct with the airline.

Use Google flights for finding flights and then it has a convenient link to continue to the official Cathay website to book without the pitfalls of OTAs.

Lots of comments about Taiwan being a great holiday. Is it a safe place to take the family. What things are there to do there? We are looking at July. Are the summers there ok?
