Check out the ingredients on the back of supermarket brands ,
They are all cheap and nasty .
That's why they’re not absorbed into the body and you are just expelling though your kidneys and urine .
If by supermarket brands you mean any brand you can buy at the supermarket, this is not true.
I have personally raised my Vit-D levels from way too low to healthy levels using the "Swisse Ultiboost Vitamin D Capsules" you can buy at Woolworths or Coles, by taking 2 a day and this was verified by blood tests by my doctors.
Could there be other crap in them? Sure, idk. But they definitely do get absorbed for what they're meant for.
I wasn’t talking about vit D in particular .
There is still stock as I just ordered and arriving tomorrow.
these seem good with the 15% off offer. I ordered some only yesterday.

10,000 is a hefty dose.
yes, and supposedly contributes to heart disease. But there are a lot of yt influencers that push this and many people choose to believe them. Their choice. There is also some good info on yt based on studies that warn of this. People choose to believe what they will despite the knowledge available at their fingertips
it does not have adequate dosing instructions: one a day? That's 300,000 iu per month!!!!
Too much over time : this product needs to be reviewed by Amazon.
ignorance is not amazon's problem - it's a choice. You will find that many will defend this ignorance despite science in favor of pseudo science or opinion
Its back again!

similar price, lower dosage, made in the uk
Seems like more than daily suggested intake - https://www.health.harvard.edu/staying-healthy/taking-too-mu…
DYOR on authenticity on Amazon supplements. Plenty of pop up brands that seem too cheap to be true, and don't even contain what's claimed.
