  • CBA Yello is targetted to specific CBA customers. And, even then does not work unless you can install the App. And, the App cannot be installed if you use a SecureID token.

    • Yes, it is a targeted offer, hence tagged as TARGETED accordingly.

      It's not CBA's problem if you use a lockdown or restricted phone.

      • Yes it is a CBA problem. SMS two factor authenication is not high security. Using a SecureID token is more secure. Especially when OS. Providing a promotion that encouages and requres reducing security on our bank accounts is not ideal. Yes, it is a CBA problem that needs to be called out.
