I bought one of these last week. A great little fan, it is super quiet, and well built, with a super sturdy aluminium telescopic shaft. It can be charged and used simultaneously. USB type C cable included. My only grip is it emits a loud beep when a button is pressed.
Cheers, for some reason once that address is added to the official address box it stops working.
Bought the 12" and it works well so far. Bought some 8s yesterday
I bought an 8 and a 12 in the last deal. The remote for the 8" doesn't work, although the remote for the 12 works for both.
Currently working through it with the support team.

The 12" comes with a rectangular remote as opposed to the 8" with the round remote
Same issue - I opened the remote thinking its just a matter of replacing the battery but unfortunately it's soldered :(
