is protein bars considered as supplements?
Usually. Protein supplementation.
No
Tried with my some supps, Not eligible.
My understanding is that the typical ozbargainer's diet consists purely of shin ramyun and southern style chicken tendies, so I suspect they may require supplements.
Yes, and we can't eat our eneloops or powerbanks
Speak for yourself, I'm munching on an eneloop righ
@King Steuart: Real ozbargainers eat their Ikea ladda's, not eneloops
@King Steuart: Hmmm… I think King Steuart may have died due to eating a battery before completing the "…right now "?
Those chicken tendies are my life source
When when shin raymyun black is on 50% sale
Blood tests recently detected 2 mineral deficiencies (and I wasn't tested for all of the essential micronutrients). Problem solved by taking supplemental zinc and magnesium; no muscle spasm, better skin, better tonsils. There are even lozenges containing zinc for respiratory infections.
Supplementation won't solve all of one's problems, but the right supplements in the right amounts will improve your well-being somewhat.
Your thinking of the reason why chemist warehouse / nature's own etc etc are making a killing
I think what the conclusion here is, is that people should get tested for any key deficiencies before buying supplements.
Zinc and magnesium are awkward ones for diet to a degree. Others are pretty easy to add in to daily intake comparatively
Tried code with ZMA capsules, no luck
6% cashback at shopback for iherb. https://www.shopback.com.au/iherb
Is this coupon listed on shopback? I know cashback is but I woukd prefer SB but if not listed, then no go
the coupon is not listed on shopback, but they have tracked the cashback for my purchase on iherb. I've never had any cashback rejected for iherb on shopback
ends in 3 days not 33? i am seeing a banner suggesting this
Thanks! Updated. I think the expiry got added automatically and the US format of M/D/Y threw it off.
Just on the expiry, I calculated this should end 3am Weds our time, not 5pm Tues (as currently in the post).
It ends at 10am Pacific Time on the 3rd and we are 17 hours ahead of PT.
I do wish iHerb emails would just translate this to our timezone, honestly :D
Thanks for highlighting that, I stand corrected and have updated it now.
Brought melatonin prices back to around 2019 pricing ($13-14 -> $8-9).
Wondering if my invoices from 2022 have been modified in the app or maybe don't include the discount I had at the time.
To compare previous orders I think it helps to download the invoice, and of course be aware of the currency AU/US.
So many melatonin choices. Which one do you go for?
Worth noting https://au.iherb.com/pr/now-foods-melatonin-3-mg-60-veg-caps… has better expiry if using these very infrequently
@fredblogs: those aren't slow/timed-release :(
@tonester: Have you tried both types? What difference do you notice?
iherb have gotten far pricier since those days sadly. Used to be my go to place for melatonin
Also try vitacost.com. Their supplements are cheaper because they also come in bigger unit containers like 200 tablets etc. not 60 tablets. I buy my melatonin from them and they offen have Buy 1 get 1 free (BOGOF) specials specially their house brands.
yes but their postage is very expensive and they don't offer free postage for over a certain spend.
While that's true, and prices are shown ex GST which gets added later in the checkout, Vitacost still can work out better value.
And they have promo codes that double and triple stack.
I got my fav fat burner on triple stack for $10 each on vitacost when iherb had it for $20
I have just bought my placebos for the year. Thanks, OzB!
Seriously though, WW3 is coming and now's a good time to stock up on iodine.
After comparing with several other sites I bought Melatonin and some essential oils and all received the discount, plus over A$80 after discount so free shipping. Thanks OP you saved me about $25 against their normal price.
Hey everyone, TopCashback has 15% cashback offer (no cap) today that stacks with this code 28SUPP:
