Really really low price. Definite ATL. Likely to come back in stock in the next week. Would not be surprised if it’s at the same price.

Key features:
Groundbreaking audio performance
• Apple-designed H2 chip, the force behind AirPods Pro, pushes advanced audio performance even further. From smarter noise cancellation to superior three-dimensional sound and battery life, it improves on the best features of AirPods Pro in a big way.
• Low distortion, custom-built driver and amplifier delivers crisp, clear high notes and deep, rich bass in stunning definition. Every sound is more vivid than ever.

Unheard of sound
• Adaptive Audio dynamically blends Transparency mode and Active Noise Cancellation to deliver the best listening experience for you in any environment. 2
• Up to 2x more Active Noise Cancellation than the previous generation AirPods Pro, so you’ll hear dramatically less noise during your commute and when you need to focus. 1
• Transparency mode lets outside sound in, so you can hear whatʼs going on around you.
• Conversation Awareness lowers media volume and enhances voices of people in front of you, all while reducing background noise to make it easier for you to engage with people nearby when wearing AirPods Pro.2
• Personalised Volume automatically fine-tunes the best media experience for you in the moment. 2
• Personalised Spatial Audio surrounds you in sound tuned just for you. It works with dynamic head tracking to immerse you deeper in music and movies.3

A higher level of control
• Touch control lets you swipe the stem to adjust volume. Press the stem once to answer, mute or unmute yourself on calls, press it twice to end a call or hold it to switch between listening modes.

A leap in battery life and capability
• A more capable MagSafe Charging Case with Precision Finding4, built-in speaker and lanyard loop. Charge with a USB-C connector or an Apple Watch, MagSafe or Qi-certified charger.
• Up to six hours of listening time with Active Noise Cancellation enabled — 33 per cent more than AirPods Pro (1st generation).5
• IP54 dust-, sweat- and water-resistant for AirPods Pro and MagSafe Charging Case.6

A magical experience

  • That’s cheap, wonder if Officeworks would price beat

    • You could try I don’t have time to do that right now but feel free to give it a go and let me know

    • Officeworks don't price beat without a model number on the competitors website.

        SKU MTJV3ZA/A

It’s listed on Hub by Triforce :)

        • They would in that case :)

  • OOS

  • No stock

  • those who managed to get, can you share your invoice? Thank you.

Deal was posted 32 minutes ago, I commented OOS 9 minutes later. I’m not sure they were ever in stock

      • They were. I think around 5 at time of posting. I was able to have multiple in my cart at the same time. Evidently some lucky ozbargainers snapped them up

        • +3

So not really in line with Ozbargain posting guidelines due to severely limited stock

        • I’m probably losing it, because I think I agree - I’m sure they were in stock when I first clicked?

  • +5

I must say I am rather skeptical the kind of stock they are selling. Their site’s t&c has many mentions about refurb stock etc. not a lot of mention whether they are brand new. Take an example
iPad Air 5 (cellular) $699, where as
iPad Air 5 (wifi) $999, doesn’t make any sense.
Neither have mentioned if they are new or refurb.

Definitely a bit suspect but I managed to get OW to price beat a MacBook Air from them so they are useful for getting that extra bit of discount.

    • Agree - I would’ve thought Apple control the prices set and determine what price they should be if they’re on sale

Seeing the AirPods Pro 2nd Gen at $239 raises suspicion as most retailers are selling it around $299-$329 on special

    • +1

Usually new but may have been sitting around for a while. I deal with these guys as they are a msp and do order stuff from them

      • If the iPad Pro M2 are new, I’ll take 5 for them at that $1200, the iPad 10th gen cost more!

My point is I believe they are established legit business, but the problem is that to me it seems too good and the illogical pricing not helping.

OW failed to price match saying needs approval from head office. TF

@I Smell Pennies: IMO they’re incredibly inconsistent with applying their own policy. Last time they used some really dodgey excuse & I just took a 10 minute trip & the manager at the next Officeworks was like hold on, looked it up & “Sure, no problem”.

I’m not sure why some managers make you out to be some kind of mugger, when you ask for a price match?

Like I get it your selling at a loss sometimes, but then don’t bring people in with price beat promises if your going to quibble anytime someone finds a bargain…

          • @I Smell Pennies: Jb Hi-Fi price matched the cellular iPad Air for me just now!

            Worth trying your luck

Back in stock, but priced now at $289 - which is still okay (and good for a OW PB)

  • AirPods 4 to be released in 3 - 4 weeks or this Airpod Pro 2?

People who wear Airpods for longer period seems to prefer the regular Airpod's as they dislike the in-ear Airpod Pro

Any opinion on the discomfort some feel on the in-ear Airpod Pro

    • I bought Airpod Pro 2 a few weeks ago, upgrading from wired earphones. I don't really have any big opinion or review here just want to mention one issue that I wish someone had pointed out to me in advance and that is that you will hear your breathing and body noises amplified when you wear them. Just stick your fingers in your ears and walk around for thirty seconds and you'll get a feeling of what it's like. Maybe I'll get used to it in time but right now it's very annoying and makes me wish I had just got regular Airpods.

      • Try turning the noise cancellation off.

Having used both these and regular AirPods (the 2nd gen ones released 5 years ago which are still holding up decently), imo it's all dependant on whether you want/need ANC or not. You should only be buying the regular AirPods if you absolutely don't need ANY form of noise isolation.

Comfort-wise, both aren't bad, the regular AirPods fit a bit looser understandably. Try third-party foam eartips with the Pros if none of the stock ones are comfortable/provide a good fit.

I honestly find it kinda odd comparing Pros vs non-pros, as it all boils down to use case. Only use it around the house or in the garden? Regular AirPods should suffice. Using it on the bus or want to block out the rest of the world? Pros. Yes the latter have transparency mode but it's not the same
