  personally, I did have an issue with the site once, when i tried to purchase the arkham trilogy. One of the keys isn't working and the site refused to refund and it's close to impossible to prove i got the wrong key (maybe i just didn't know how). But i'm gonna say, it could just be a rare case and let's all be aware of the risks anyway, given they are not official sites.
