Hey there Oz Bargainers! We are back to offer 25% off our 1kg bags of Arrow Blend from now until the end of 8th of September (just over a week). Normal price is $50, so don't miss the chance to grab a bargain $37.50. This offer is for Oz Bargain only so please don't share this around. The code (September) works for as many kilos as you want but doesn't apply to our 500g sizes. It does however include free express postage. We will be roasting and shipping Monday the 2nd of September and continue roasting next week to fulfil all orders.

Last time quite a few people asked for a delayed shipping. If you’d like that you can email us immediately after purchasing at [email protected] and tell us your order number and if you would like it held till the 16th of September or the 30 of September. Those are the only two options we can offer at this time so please only ask for one of those. We will reply with a confirmation email.

Arrow blend is the most popular blend we offer. Full of chocolate and smooth caramel flavours. It's the everday crowd pleaser. Works great on home espresso machine as well as filter options as our roasting style is a medium roast.

Happy shopping. Hit us up with any questions

  • Hi @Kaicoffee beginner home brewer here only drink latte from modded Dedica EC685 with 51mm portafilter, basket with 18-18.5g maximum dose. Can you recommend a starting recipe / ratio and how many days I should wait for the beans to rest from roast day. Cheers for the deal!

    • +1

Hey! Definitely wait 8 to 10 days from roast date to get the full flavour profile. For home machines it’s all about the ratio of weight in and weight out. I would guess 1 to 1.5 would give you loads of flavour but 1 to 2 is a traditional double shot. So if you load 18g in I would shoot for 27g out. You’ll need a little scale to measure that but in terms of ml that’s about 40ml ish on a shot glass. The trouble with ml’s is the crème can be really big on fresh coffee and non existent on old stale coffee so measuring weight is more precise. Hope that helps! Let me know if I can clarify further
