        I don’t understand that website, they have so many users putting things for such an obscenely cheap price that it feels like there’s no way it’s not a scam. What explains prices like a mere 260 on a 7700

          for CPUs it's OK because it's direct from the factory not in a box and the seller always try to avoid tax, just google CPU not in a box, and it is very high tech to be fake, not sure about those GPU though

          7700X doesn't come with a cooler, and it is hard to say which warranty is better since both are imported.
