      I tried it a long time ago and liked it. It's a quality Lime Blue bean and you can brew good coffee, although you're not getting the adventures of the single origins and other blends. Didn't have a second grinder so it was a bit of a chore with me on decaf and my wife not. Back on caffeine now but I'm keeping my eye out for a worthwhile grinder that could make it easier for me to stick with decaf when I want to.

      It's very drinkable.
      I'm not the best judge/critic. I'm not a coffee nerd and don't look out for particular flavours when I drink my home coffee. I have a basic Philips coffee machine because I like the convenience of being able to press a button and get a drinkable coffee multiple times a day (and I drink it black, with milk, or as an espresso). If I really want to appreciate a coffee, i buy it in a cafe (and I do blacklist cafe's if they serve me a bad coffee more than once!).

      So… this decaf is great for the price. It's fresh roasted (most important), and not sour / bitter. We mix it with whatever other beans we get to have half-caf in our coffee machine (after several years on only decaf).

      I buy it regularly and to me it tastes almost just as good as the normal blend. I've had to go decaf due to acid reflux issues and it's a great alternative. Also good for late arvo or evening drinks, especially on school nights

    Great deal thanks Tom! I'm currently enjoying your Brazil São Paulo coffee and loving it. I'm not a fan of fruity undertones in coffee, preferring bolder Brazilian beans. How does Moments to Memories compare?

    What does half strength full flavour mean? And jsut to confirm, the moments to memories is actually coffee beans not decaf? Buying for the first time

      The deal features 3 options:
      Option 1 = Moments to Memories, this is regular caffeinated coffee beans
      Option 2 = Swiss Water Process Decaf, this is decaffeinated coffee beans
      Option 3 = Half Strength Full Flavour Moments to Memories, this is a 50:50 blend of options 1 and 2, so the caffeine content is in between the two options

      Hopefully we're on the same page now :)

    Great bang for buck. Ordered some decaf and a few KG of the blend.

    Hey Lime Blue, please offer some light roasts. I personally find the 'omni' too dark for my typical V60 use. How are you brewing filter at the roastery? The Kenyan SO I ordered last time would have been great to try lighter. Thanks!

      We have offered lighter roasts before and likely will again in the future when we find a fruit bomb we're happy with. My very first coffee very morning is a pour over, I find more than any other method the grind particle size and distribution makes or breaks a pour over and whenever someone's made me a pour over I've found their coffee bed to be significantly different to mine. Please feel welcome to send a reply email to your order confirmation with a photo of the coffee bed after a brew and I'll let you know if it's similar or different to mine :)

        I'm using various grinders and normally have great success with V60s and light roasts. From my attempts, the omni needs intentional under-extraction to avoid imparting roast flavour in the cup. Might be a good opportunity for me to try 'osmotic flow' or lower temp when my shipment arrives. I look forward to the 'fruit bomb'!
