      What GPU do you have?

      I upgraded from a 5600x and for me it was worth it with a 4070. Sold my 5600x for $150 and will keep me on AM4 for the next few years at least instead of needing to do an entire platform upgrade.

        I'm using 7900GRE right now.
        I was stupid to buy extra RAM so now I am stuck with AM4 for another 3-4 years. I'm thinking about upgrading to either 5700x3D or 5800x3D or I could wait 3-4 years and buy a whole new AM5 setup.

          I did the same thing, purchased a 5700x3D and also upgraded to 32GB of DDR4. Think I’m set on AM4 till at least AM6 or so is out, if you’re wanting to sell your 5600x it’s pretty much a no brained upgrade.

          It won’t be so much overall performance, but noticed a decent smoothing of my 0.1% and 1% frame rates.
