This is the new 2024 model that only came out a couple of months ago and I believe this is ATL price.

Available for the same price in all 3 colours (black, red, champagne gold).

I've been eyeing one since my old portable speaker died and the YouTube reviews seem to be generally positive.

Some key features:

• IP67 Dust and Water Resistance
• Fast Fuel, a quick 10‑minute charge gives up to 2 hours of playback.
• Reverse charge via USB-C to work like a power bank on the go
• iOS and Android compatible

I've listened to them in the Apple Store and they sound pretty good to my ears, bassy as expected.

There's plenty of other options from Sony, Bose, JBL etc.. but if you happen to like the Beats, this is a pretty good price.

  I've recently tried the Marshall Emberton, they look pretty solid and sound very nice. The feel is premium. Confusing with so many good options out there now.

    Yep, it's a pretty competitive market out there in this segment. My previous favourite was the Bose Mini Soundlink, that was game changing at the time for the sound quality and size.

    Wow that's a very good price! I wish the Beats came in white too.

    Beats has longer battery, is water proof and can be used as a power bank. Is that worth the 100 bucks extra to you?

  Apparently 2 of these in stereo mode is amazing. I have 2 of Wonderboom 3. They sound really good in stereo. Wondering if I should upgrade to 2 of these v Wonderboom 4.

    You can try listening to them in the Apple Store (but not in stereo). It’ll be around 400 bucks at that point though, wouldn’t you just get a normal stereo speaker system at that point?
