It took them two days to respond to my email, but email requests seem to have a higher priority. It looks like they'll eventually get to your email because when I used live chat, the representative noticed I had already submitted a request. She had to forward that request to their team through a priority line, meaning she couldn't do much herself due to the existing request. It's an extra step, but if you're planning to use live chat, try it first.
After she transferred my request, I received an email with a link in about 5 minutes. That link took me to a new cart with the item and the adjusted price, ready for checkout. Just a heads-up: don’t modify the cart when you get there—just check out as it is, since that's stated in their Terms of Service.
