People's Choice Credit Union is offering variable rate investment home loan at 6.24% (Comparison Rate 6.25%) with LVR < 70%.

Please note that the rates are for Investment Property Loan and not Owner Occupier(Home) Loan.

Fees - refer to Fee Section on this page. There is no application or ongoing monthly/annual fee.

There is no offset account option available with Basic Variable Investment Loan

If you want an offset account, you will need to consider their Variable Home Loan Package. The rate is 6.24% p.a.(Comparison Rate 6.61% p.a.).
