I bought the 6 pair pack last time they were posted and have been pretty happy with how they feel, especially for the price. Have worn them hiking and cycling and don't have any complaints.

    • Likewise, though I’m AU 11 and they feel pretty tight on me. Very comfy otherwise, but a relief to take them off at the end of the day

I'm size 10 and they feel tight. Still very nice to wear though. Weird.

They loosen up after time. I've bought the bigger and smaller size (I'm a size 11-12 US foot) and they all feel the same to me after a while I can't tell the diff…

Yeah, I bought 6 pairs of them as well. Very comfy!

    • I liked in overall, good absorption of sweat, good quality and comfy,

Only complain is that my feet were smelly so much like I ever smelled before,

  • Do they come in two tone panda styling, or with optional tofu delivery stickers?

  • Thank you got some

Bought last time they were posted, I have sweaty feets and pretty happy with it.

  • these are about to be the secret calling card of an ozbargainer

  • they do seem to run small. I'm a US13 and the '12-15' size is a pretty snug fit as it is

  • Bummer need a similar deal on 12-15

  • Bought it, share with workmate 50/50

  • Would anyone who have purchased before recommend these for daily wear? Gym, walks etc

  • How do these compare with Merino wool socks?

    • +1

I've been buying Merino wool socks and it's been great for hiking and daily use. Some times i forget that i've got socks on it's that comfortable. The brand of merino socks i've been buying is Merino Treads (Australian made) that i've been getting from an Australian retailer called Mitchells Adventure. It is a lot more expensive than cotton socks though at $21.95 per pair but they beat cotton socks any day of the week. You see that Merino wool is expensive.

This is the Merino socks that i've been getting (from Mitchells Adenture, but i think it's also available at other stores) which are 75% Aussie Merino wool. But it should last a lot longer than cotton socks and apparently Merino socks don't hold in feet smell like cotton socks tend to do. Just saying in my opinion it's well worth it should last for years.

    • I have purchased several pairs of Icebreaker Merino socks in the past. Unfortunately, they consistently develop holes at the end. Icebreaker offers a lifetime warranty for their socks, so whenever I discover a hole, I make a claim to receive a new pair free of charge.

      • Well have you considered changing brands?. Merino Treads socks which i've been buying have been great so far. Those socks come with a 2 year no holes guarantee. It's actually 100% Australian merino wool and fully Australian manufactured unlike Icebreaker socks which are manufactured in China and who knows where the Merino wool comes from.

Icebreaker is not Joe Blocks around the corner. If they state it is made from NZ merino wool, I believe that. I do not buy their socks anymore. I just claim a new pair when the replacement of the replacement of the replacement has holes again, until the lifetime warranty eventually gets dumped.

          • @Thrifty Dan: Obviously the manufacturing quality hasn't been up to par if you have had to keep claiming warranty replacement socks.

I purchased the socks twice before and noticed rubber threads coming out of them after a couple of washes. I received full refunds and didn't have to return the socks. I got them for free, but I wouldn't purchase them again.

    • This might explain why i had an allergic reaction when wearing them!

  • Going by some of the reviews these socks are poor quality and don't last long before developing holes. You get what you pay for.

This is a snapshot which i made from just one one of the reviews. Buyer beware. I guess there's a reason why it's so cheap.

    • I agree, it didn't take long to get the first holes.
