Hello, has anyone successfully received a discount or referral credit from Tangerine Telecom via the OZB PM system?
I've just checked and I've given my code about 10 times since March 2023, but have never seen a referral credit on my account.
I know it's possible the referee doesn't sign up, but all ten? What are the chances?!

Tangerine are terrible when it comes to referral credits. I've never received the referral credits, and I know a few others with Tangerine that didn't either. They will apply them if you send them a support request, but if you are a referrer you need to tell them the account number of the person who used your code, which may be a bit difficult if someone on here had used it!
I personally think that they deliberately do not bother applying the credit (until the customer contacts them), knowing that many will simply forget.
Similar to their FTTP Fresh Fibre promo .. myself and 4 others (completely separate households) never got the $40 discount. Was randomly $15 or $20 instead. Needed tech support to fix it up each time.
Not unusual I think. People who request a code will likely make multiple requests at a time , to see who will reply first.
