I'm curious to know if all of you (including those who upvoted) have actually compared them in person.
I've got a cheapo from Amazon and also a Theragun and the difference is literally laughable - the cheapo feels like someone is tickling me! The Theragun is so strong that I just use it on the lowest setting, and I actually wish there was an even lower setting.
I brought the Theragun along on a cycling tour I did in France last month (yes, I watched the Tour de France in person!). I was riding 50-110km with 200-1800m of elevation gain/climbing every day and can say that the Theragun helped greatly with recovery.
Why does it matter if the theragun is strong if you only use the lowest setting?
I bought "Theragun pro 4th gen" 2 years ago and paid $499.
It's definitely worth it. Even if you push very hard, the motor doesn't stop. Vibration is very strong. it feels like someone is punching your body

Just so people are comparing apples. This model generation 4. The latest pro is generation is 5 (has previously been under $500) and the pro plus model is generation 6.
Do your own research but summary is G4 has 2 batteries, G5 is quieter, G6 internal battery and non movable head but has heated head and other wellness features.
