They offered it to Collingwood supporters but none held a license that wasn't disqualified nor had the money for a car.

I did this a couple of years back with Carlton. Cheapest membership was about $180 from memory, then claimed the cash back and never renewed the membership. They did ring pestering me multiple times but I just told them I'm a Richmond fan and only joined for the cash back. Also had the perk of $30 to spend in the Carlton store, gave it to some Carlton mates.
