Haven't had them for a while personally, but they do go on sale at Coles from time to time if you wanted to try them out in future without buying a big batch.
I found a lot of the weight ended up being water. The meals themselves are average. Not good, not bad. About right for the price. Per JHoliday, go grab a couple from colesworth to try.
Just add a bit of salt and they are good imo
