Exact words from devs are "no physical release on launch day due to inexperience and limited resources." They seem to push a disc version later down the line. "Code in a box" situation is with limited deluxe/collector's edition only.

From the reviews, I believe the game should’ve some preset in-game RT for cinematic and high setting, in medium settings, AMD Radeon is fine.

but from what I can see, it is not supposed to be a legit site to buy keys. You may get away with it once you buy a key from there, or you may not. so I am looking for a cheaper site too, but for now I am thinking of avoiding it.
The $73 one is actually selling you an entire steam account. They give you an account with the game loaded on it.
That seems so off-putting.
I would just wait for more keys from fanatical, if you can wait.
