What flavours do people enjoy?
Red Russian is a classic, it's like drinking red frogs.
Aqua Splash is my favourite, so refreshing and the perfect amount of sweet.
Golden Shower and Yellow Fever are great, very summer-y, have it in a glass of ice before your workout.
The only one I didn't like was Rainbow Warrior.Golden Shower sounds interesting.

In terms of value for money & taste, Disorder definitely takes the cake.
In terms of formula, total war does have better overall ingredients for better pumps/energy.
How does their pre workout differentiate itself from others on the market anyway? I noticed they have huperzine-A in there. Wonder if they're spiking their pre with DMEA secretly. Those two go great together, theoretically.
I've tried DMAA (don't ask how lol) and you'll definitely know it's in there if it was.
There's a subset of ingredients for energy & pump. The dosages and what ingredients they decide to use is what differentiates each pre-workout from the market.
OP, does does the preworkout compare to others on the market?
Value for money, I would say hands down its the top of the market.
In terms of formulation, I would put it above average. It's a bit underdosed in its pump formula but that's just me major nitpicking.
Which one do you guys use the original or ultimate? I’ve used the blue neon one and it’s pretty good.
Original. I find ultimate to have too much caffeine (400mg) however the pump ingredients dosages are much better compared to the original.
Dosages are insane and definitely top level. However, it's a bit sneaky as the dosages are advertised to a double serving so technically its 12.5 servings.
The value is definitely not as good as Disorder.
