Got the same - $5 from $50 spend, but when I try to activate, it says "Something's gone wrong. Try again a little later"
I've received three similar offers over the past year and a half. Although it showed that my cashback was on the way, the money never actually appeared in my account. Does anyone know how to ask them to pay it to me?
It's a painful and long process for me (depends on your luck too I guess). I had to reach out to their chat support on CBA app.

Stingy CBA for the billions in profit they are making and keeping, and not helping the country as much with cost of living, unlike others like Woollies, David Jones, Uber One, Menulog, Shopback/Westpac who’s somewhat doing a decent job.

I'm guessing the better offers are targeted to the infrequent shoppers. I (shop more) got $10 back on $200 and Mrs (shops less) got $25 back on $150.

I do all of my shopping at Coles or WW via some form of discounted gift card so I rarely directly spend with any of my cards at supermarkets (except for things that can't be bought with a GC like other kinds of gift cards) and I've received a version of this offer from Coles pretty much every single month. It's usually $5/$50 but sometimes $10/$100 or $15/$150 but pretty much always a 10% return.

I hope you had a spend $50, x number of times offer. The T&Cs of my spend $50 get $5 specify that it has to be $50 in one transaction so 3x$55 wouldn't qualify for the $150 spend.
