    Wouldn't bother, its all luck if Temu accepts the cashback, no problems with other stores except this one

    Scammed into making a 100% off order with Temu, thats how they get ya

        I didn't think it was a risk as I've never had a shopback claim fail before

        Used all the same procedures yet temu fails

        Only used it as it was 100% cashback

          Personally I've had every cashback track (have a current temu that's tracked, but not paid out yet), but there are hundreds of people who haven't.

          Surely it's use at your own risk and don't buy it if you are only doing it for the cashback

    In Temu's last deal which I reckon was 50% cashback few weeks ago, mine got tracked within few hours. And will get confirmed by 1st Nov.

    The last 3 or 4 Temu orders I've put in simply just don't track at all for some reason. I use the Chrome extension and adblock disabled, the shopback extension lights up green indicating it's tracking. Don't really have an issue with other websites tracking.

    Can anyone confirm they got 70% in the last deal? My pervious one didnt get tracked and i had to put a claim in. It says calculating now but i dont know what i will be getting. I am only buying as it is 70% cashback. Please note to get the new customser 30% to show, i needed a new temu account and a new chrome account/browser profile. As logging into a old chrome account/browser profile with a new temu account the 30% off first purchase didnt show. Also for cashrewards it says only one claim per cashrewards account but it doesn't say that here. So I did two the last 70% cashback with shopback

      new profile doesn't count as new user. You can verify by trying to use new user coupons, it won't let you.

    Maybe my maths is poor at this time of night but isn't the cap of $25 less than 70% of $39 meaning it is impossible to get the 70% back

          I tried to open new account with new email but think they recognize the IP address so still considering me as existing, and I wouldn’t risk placing order if I don’t get the new customer rate

            @ozvictor: Use VPN to change your IP address. If you use your phone, change data from sim card to wifi will have a different IP address. Usually I use Chrome mobile browser in my android phone for cashback transactions. Need to clear browsing data (all time) in the browser to clear previous Temu website cookies and site data.

                Read Shopback when checking Temu promo under "General disclaimers"

                If after 1 or 2 days of purchase, Shopback say "No purchase found" for that Temu transaction, better cancel the Temu order. Maybe better not to order with big amount of money like above $100 for example. I am not sure about this. My previous PureVPN purchase almost USD 130 was not tracked through Chrome mobile browser, so I cancelled it and refunded by PureVPN. All other previous transactions with Shopback were tracked through Chrome mobile browser.

                  @neoleo: Thanks for the advice, I might not risk it this time then, and I feel like Temu might reject the claim at the end even if it’s tracked as they send the item to the same address. Yea I was gonna buy an infrared camera which is $470 and it’s a huge deal if it’s 70% off but it would be terrible if it doesn’t track properly. Might wait for the existing customer offer, TopCashback did the 50% cash back for existing customer twice, I hope it will return, even 30% I am happy, thanks for your help anyways

            @knobbs: Which browser do you use? I use Chrome mobile browser in my android phone. In the browser Settings - Privacy and security - Clear browsing data - tap Advanced - choose All time for Time range :
            ✓ Cookies and site data
            ✓ Cache images and files
            ✓ Site settings

            Tick these three to clear browsing data in Chrome mobile browser. Maybe similar in other browsers too. I always use Chrome mobile browser for cashback transactions.

                @knobbs: No, still keep passwords if you keep passwords in the browser and also browsing history. For cashback transactions, I only use Chrome mobile browser. If you didn't change the default browser, Chrome mobile browser is the default then. I never try to purchase through the app, maybe Shopback uses the Android System Webview to display web content.

            @knobbs: It uses device ID as well. If you have samsung, you can use work profile to bypass this once (and new IP address). I wouldn't risk it though if it's for a bigger purchase.

    so just an update.i used this 3 times and all my cash back is only showing as 18% only instead of 70%. please note all my account were new and i was able to use the new account code for 30% off first purchase therefore i should be able to get the 70% but it is only providing 18%

    I am trying to conatct shopback as the cashback amount is smaller than it is supposed to be. but can find a way to talk to them. there is no email and the chat is only a virtual and cant talk to a real person
