I was thinking of price matching this at Bunnings, but dont think they have the compact version. This is their standard version - https://www.bunnings.com.au/karcher-k7-smart-control-car-and…
Anyone has any experience with the compact version? - does it good a good job for drives and deck cleaning?
According to specs they both do 2600 PSI and 8.5L/min, so functionally the compact and the bigger one have the same "cleaning power" (essentially a combination of flow and pressure).
As for how good they are for drives and decks, they will be much better than a $100 cheapie (which usually struggle with flow rate in particular).
I will say however that nothing beats a decent petrol pressure washer especially for concrete drives. I have a Honda one that does 15L/min and 4000psi and it is far far far more effective than my 2300psi 8L/min electric pressure washer. If you've got a large driveway area to clean, it may be worth spending the few hundred extra to get a good petrol unit.
Thanks. Its not a big driveway but my current $200 doesn't even make a decent on it. What is the model number for your Honda? I couldn't find it on bunnings site. The flowrate and PSI look very impressive.

Probably overkill but it does make very quick work on large areas of concrete.
I have the compact version and it is great. I vaguely recall looking up the difference and it was basically the same, performance-wise.
It will easily chew up your deck if you're not careful :)
(Also I still have a petrol unit and never use it. This is so much easier to use and pretty comparable in power)
This one doesn't have the Patio cleaner which i believe is very handy for driveways and pathways, so will have to add the cost of that to it.
