Hello looking for recommendations for a set of wireless earbuds. I do lots of plane travel, something good with noise. Never owned this type before (always had over ear) so not sure which are the reliable brands for these. Ideally good battery life, not many bluetooth bugs. Budget around $300. Thanks in advance.

What kind of phone do you have?
iPhone
Then you want the AirPod Pro 2. Or holdout for the 3 next year…
I really like my Sennheiser CX Plus. You can re-map what tapping the buttons does via the app, and there's a "transparent" mode where it pauses the music and feeds the mic input straight through, so they act almost like hearing aids. Handy if someone starts talking to you or there's a plane announcement, you don't even have to take them out and once it's done you just tap 4 times or whatever and it goes back to the music.
Currently $127 at officeworks, down from $259. Should be able to price match at JB if you like. I paid way more for them myself.
Honorable mentions:
Airpods are popular because they're apple, but they're also popular because they're quite good.Moondrop space travel are incredible bang for the buck, great sounding headphones but the ANC isn't going to be anywhere as good as the big brands.
Thanks, looks perfect
For $300 you can get certified refurbished Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II from Bose.com.au

You should spend the extra $$ and get the good stuff if you are flying. Makes a huge difference
AirPods Pro 2 or Bose QC
Personally I like the AirPods but I am well in the apple ecosystem and they switch seamlessly between all my devices.

Got this deal and they have been great for commuting and work. Big difference with ANC on and off. Can't wait to try them on the plane. Although I don't have the ones that cost a few hundred dollar to compare.
