I tapped the reward tab and it keeps bouncing back!

    • Its same with me

    • got one, Thanks

    • Same here. Did you get any luck yet?

      • Downloaded app and received the points, redeemed, no hassle.

  • +1

Can't find help hub on rewards tab. Do you have a screen capture of what it looks like ?
Edit: found, was looking at wrong app

  • +8

Must hold an existing product with NRMA to join the Insurance App Health Hub

    • I'm guessing roadside assistance does not count

  • +1

This area can only be viewed by people who've signed up to our rewards program.
You can join if you live in Australia and have an active insurance policy with us, or another eligible product or service.

    • so basically having insurance with NRMA should be in the post as a requirement. Not just the app downnloaded.

  • Can’t find help hub?

    • +5

It’s the NRMA insurance app and not my NRMA.

  • What is the cheapest product to be eligible?

  • +6

Looks like no points for me as must have already signed onto the help hub - maybe for a free first aid kit?

    • Looks like it.

    • Same. Big oof.

    • Same 🤦🏻‍♂️

  • +2

Reminder that this is the NEW NRMA app with the grey icon not the blue app that was existing.

    • Doesn't work in that app either

  • Targeted?

  • +2

Already registered previously from the first aid kit

  • +5

Thanks, it worked for me .
Note: It has to be the "NRMA Insurance" app, not the "MY NRMA" one.

  • +1

I have redeemed for a gift card where does it get sent? Thanks

    • +3

It shows in the rewards section, you can view or download it.

  • In relation to the Weather Alerts provided through the Hub, it is reassuring that the T&C say " Enabling or disabling Weather Alerts, or your undertaking of any activities in response to a Weather Alert, does not impact your NRMA Insurance policy (and any of our other eligible products and services) or any claim that you may make under such a policy. "

However. IAG/NRMA Insurance do reserve the right to change the T&C at any time - so we should perhaps watch out for and T&C change that in future says that ignoring or not taking action in response to a weather alert will affect any insurance claim we make.
("We may change Help Hub and/or these Help Hub Terms and Conditions from time to time as described below. You will be notified of any material changes via the NRMA Insurance app and the NRMA Insurance online account and can access the latest Help Hub Terms and Conditions in the NRMA Insurance app and the NRMA Insurance online account at all times.")

  • From NRMA site:

"Do Help Points ever expire? Yes. Help Points expire 18 months from the date they are added to your account. So, make the most of them while they’re able to be redeemed."

In contrast, Qantas points expire only if zero points are added to the account for 18 months.

    • KrisFlyer points also expire 18 months from earned so this isn’t unusual.

  • So we need a policy with them yeah?

  • +1

    worked for me

  • Sorry, we are unable to register you.

We aren't able to find your details in our system. In order to register for online access you must hold an existing product with us.

If you believe you may have entered some details incorrectly, you can retry by clicking the button below.

    • Same issue here trying to register with my fathers details. He’s been with NRMA for over 30 years

  • +1

  • Thanks worked for me. Just did it a minute ago

  • hectic. thanks

  • I’m in rewards tab but it shows my point is 0. Do I have to do anything extra?

    • Did you join help hub before 26 July?

If so no 25 points for you, sorry

  • I have greenslip insurance, should be eligible?

    • I have 2 insurance with them, but I don’t see any points

    • Yes. I was

  • Would be good to mark this as targeted

  • Oh no, I joined helphub today via online, before I downloaded the app. Means not eligible.

  • Redeemed just now, got a nice $25 JB Gift Card

    NRMA you done it again!!

  • +1

    thanks!!

  • +1

Joined but no gift card visible

  • Time out

  • +1

Free $25. Awesome OP, cracking deal! Thank you.

  • So sad that Vic is the only state excluded. For no good reason.

    • +2

The “good reason” is that it’s an agreement they have with RACV considering they own 70% of RACV.

      • somehow, I have already joined on the 31st of July and I was gifted welcome help points of +25 and I had Help Points adjusted -25 on the same day saying we fixed an error with your point balance 🤷‍♂️

        • +1

Very strange, call sales and service and ask them to lodge an IT ticket to investigate it.

  • Can't get nrma in Victoria.

  • Thanks op

  • Thanks op, redeemed woollies card. Will help with cozzy livs

  • What info do you need to provide when signing up to this? is it a policy number or something on your last bill? I think someone in my family has something with NRMA, easy $25 for me haha

    • I already had an NRMA account connected to my car insurance. Logged in to the app and the offer was on the front page.

  • Nice, that’s an easy $25 ever made. Thanks op

  • Worked for me. Thanks

  • Thanks op, cheers

  • I redeemed for woolies voucher but haven’t received anything , expecting an email with the voucher right?

    • No, was just on the app

      • Oh yes thanks, I redeemed in the app but yeah aud to navigate to my e-gift card page 🤪

  • Worked for me. Thanks op

  • Easy $25, thanks OP

    • Same here, got one.

  • i have 10 credits already so bad

  • Worked for me. Thanks.

  • Thanks op, that worked.

  • Worked for me - $25 to spend at Woolworths to fight the spiralling cost-of-living.

  • 25 points received, is it a physical woolies gift card or just email gift card?

    • Redeem the points for a gift card, which then loads into the app.

  • i am an existing member with multiple policies from NSW but dont see anything after clicking rewards and the help hub section? So confused :(

    • Same, I only have 5 points

      • zero points here

        • I got 5 points from switching to paperless documents. I've got 2 NRMA insurance policies too

    • 19 Jun'24 Welcome Help Points You joined Help Hub + 5
30 Jul 2024 Welcome Help Points You joined Help Hub +25
31 Jul 2024 Help Points adjusted We fixed an error with your points balance. -25 :(
      Balance only 5pts

      • Haha same. Serves me right for being an early adopter.

  • I signed up on my app and got my wife to do the same on hers.
I went first and it showed 0 points. Figured there may be delay. She then did it and got the points instantly.
    Sooo… YMMV ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯

    • I also got zero points

  • Do I need to redeem the 25 points asap or theres no rush to do that, the only time / no. limited part of the deal is the initial joining of the help hub and getting the 25 points?

  • Good find OP - worked here.

NB: I currently hold car policies with NRMA, first time downloading the app (Android), and haven't previously signed up for Help Hub before. When setting up the app with login etc., I just followed the prompt for Help Hub - the 25 points appeared straight away and I've redeemed them.

    • Likewise.

  • This post should be marked as targeted as it is not available to anyone who does not have an NRMA Insurance policy. I wasted my time installing the app.

  • Worked for me, thank you!

  • Worked thanks!

  • Thanks OP. I read and decided to ignore this NRMA email when recieved a few days back because I thought help hub involved answering people's help questions and lots of time wasted, not worth $25.

2 mins later, have myself a $25 woolies gift card. Appreciate you taking the time to post!!

Would you still size down if you you have a muscular build ? Normally wear size M in hoodies, don't want to size down and feel like if i try cross my arms it'll split apart at the back

    • +1

      Wait what

      • Lol just my experience with some jackets that don't stretch. If you cross your arms your lats naturally spread out wider. Also when sitting down to eat some of the jackets i have sized down in feel uncomfortable af cause the back is made for a narrow/normal build, not v-shaped

        • +1

Ah yes. I now think you may be referring to the macpac deal. This is the nrma deal. 👍👍👍

  • +1

Looks like targeted. I have an insurance but I can’t find health hub under rewards section. ( NRMA insurance app)
All I see under rewards section is Help Nation, home security and few others

    • same boat

    • What you are seeing is the "Help Hub." You must have already joined. Should be something in top right corner saying how many points you have. Unsure if it shows anything if you have no points though.
