As mentioned by Mikael the white version is also available for $120.52 from Amazon Germany (free shipping with Prime) or $147.25 from Amazon AU.

Pretty good price for the 600 Gen 3 headset, less than the normal price of the 500 - giving double the battery life with an impressive 80 hours and larger 50mm drivers.
The Xbox variant covers all bases with a low latency 2.4GHz USB-A dongle switchable between Xbox and PC/PS and also has Bluetooth (not simultaneous).

I got a set of these for my kid, they sound reasonable for their price point and at this price I don't think they'll disappoint.

  • Multiplatform, Low-latency 2.4GHz Wireless + Bluetooth® 5.2

Not a bad headset, but I hate the 2.4ghz connection because Sometimes I get random interference. Also if you walk away from the Xbox you lose signal pretty fast. I wish they went back to the Xbox propriety 5ghz connection. For this price though it's not a bad buy.

    • Quick question, wouldn't 2.4ghz be better for walking away?

      • That's what I thought, but I can walk outside with the official Xbox wireless headset that uses the 5ghz and no issues talking or hearing people. I step into another room with the turtle beach and it starts cutting out. I've also found that the sound will crackle and go robotic sometimes due to other interference and that's directly Infront of the Xbox.

    • I use Arctis Nova 7X's (again on PC, don't know why they all release models with switchable Xbox dongles then charge the same price rather than just use it for all but I always get the X variant just in case - but I digress) and the range on them is very good and haven't experienced any interference.

That said, they come with a USB-C dongle so I use the extension cable/adapter they come with and the dongle isn't right next to the computer but raised above the desk. I imagine if you ran the dongle on a short extension cable to the Xbox you'd probably get better connection too.

Kids use these on PC with dongle directly attached and haven't had any reports of interference but the range is nowhere near that of the Arctis. They have on a USB2 port but I've read that USB3 ports can cause interference with 2.4Ghz which I'd imagine Xbox ports all are so don't know if that adds to it.

See the white is $120.52 but down it says $147.25. not sure why. Preferred the white.

    • Good spot, didn't actually check white version. The $120.52 is from Amazon Germany, free shipping with Prime. The $147.25 is from Amazon AU.

The black were within a dollar or so of the Germany price so didn't bother mentioning but the white is enough difference that it might be worthwhile if you have Prime. I'll add to the post.

Ahh, that's why. Got the black anyways. Had jb gc so they pricematched. Don't think they pricematch non amazon au. Black it is. Thanks.

  • Got these. Great sound. Only bad thing for myself is when leaning back in sofa to play the sound volume touch the pillow and bumps the volume up. But hey, first world issues.
