  Got one of these during the last deal, works well and I like the stand but for iPhone 12/13 Mini folk, be aware that this hangs off the bottom of the phone a fair bit.

        From what others have said, INIU seems quite helpful if messaged directly and keen to understand failures, and will send replacements. Worth trying IMO vs a refund if you got a good deal. IMO the 3 year warranty is a big part of the appeal.
