    I prefer the look of their straight-sided ones but can recommend Maxwell and Williams over Bodum based on the lower price and their glass valve rather than Bodum's silicone valve. I use mine every day and wash it in the dishwasher without issue.

        Good to know, my Bodum double-wall glassware has hairline scratches all over the body, which is a bummer. It's just about 4months of dishwasher use though.

      Yep bought these after smashing one of the handle-less ones while washing. They slip out of your hands really easily.

    So many items I can't get delivered to my address anymore. This is brutal.
    edit: And the postcode changing trick no longer working for a lot of things, like this one. It fails during actual checkout now once the address is updated.

    These are better than Bodum. Bodum valves leak and dirty water from the dishwasher gets inside and makes it cloudy

    Just from my experience these were gifted to me and they last a total of 4 months. The seal busted and water got in from the dishwasher. The bodum ones have lasted years, I would recommend them. YMMV
