Got looking for stainless steel cookware thanks to another post on OzBargain.. found this and looks OK.

Great set, very durable. Easy to clean with a steel wool.
Had this set but changed over to cladded pans and wouldn't look back. Used to constantly burn anything with a marinade or any sugar in it with Scanpan. Not the case with the cladded pans
Whats the cladding made of?

For what it's worth, the scanpan impact range are 3-ply cladded on the base, but not the sides
For fully cladded stuff it is generally more expensive brands like allclad, madein, cusinart multiclad, le creuset, essteele
I recently got an all-clad D5 10in frypan and I can't say it has been life changing. That money could've been better used elsewhere.

According to Camel, this is around the average price. Frequently at $230 and periodically drops below $210.
I got given this set so many years ago always thought they were cheap crap and treated them poorly but surprisingly have held up well. One lid lost a nut and so the handle is lose but apart from that theyve been troopers.
Always disliked the frypan but once I got into cooking a little and realised how and when to work with it, been fantastic.
Had ours for app 10 years and still going strong. Paid similar money back then.
Made in the PRC (like many things in like), but much better quality than ones found in ALDI and the like.
I have some of both china made and denmark made scanpan and honestly cant tell the difference in build quality.
Awesome set that you will never have to replace if looked after. My only NB is that the handles can get hot when using hotter temps on gas stoves, never injured myself but warm enough to be uncomfortable after 10 seconds of handling.
I have this set and love it,and as others have mentioned there's no issues with using Steel wool to scrub etc.Buy with confidence….
I've owned both Impact and Commercial from the Scanpan range and I have to say, I've had better longevity with Commercial. They seem to be built better (yes I know, completely scientific!) and they have a heavier base. They clean easier than the Impact range, which I've found gets oil etc. baked/stained onto it very easily. They also heat more evenly. The downside is they're definitely heavier due to the base.
This or the variety pack?
Aside from the steamer attachment, variety has the broth pot which is better value?
