Amazon stopped delivering S&S to my address, as with many other users. This deal at Big W comes out to be slightly cheaper than current S&S price at Amazon.
Big W: (3 x 75) / $3.5 = 64.28 tissues per dollar
Amazon: (12 x 110) / $21.37 = 61.76 tissues per dollar
Think there might be a limit of max 5 items (15 packs) per order.

I did try adding to cart (while logged in) using another postcode, then changing the address at checkout page but that resulted in same error. Will have to give it a try in logged-out/incognito mode.

Tl;dr - add this static part to the end of the dp amazon URL as the shoppingads redirect bypasses the issue

I have the same postcode issue as you.
Note : these workarounds wont stop the red banner won't deliver to this postcode and remove this item from cart at checkout.
