iHerb is our go-to for melatonin. Be careful what you buy as some aren't very effective at all

When it comes to melatonin a higher dose doesn’t really make much of a difference according to science. 1-3mg should be more than enough.

Melatonin isn't to be taken all the time, only when you're going through some stressful period and can't fall asleep naturally. There's no excuse to use it all the time or saying you're stressed all the time and can't fall asleep on your own, it all has side effects, short long term.
