    Anyone stacked 5c/L RACV, 4c/L Woolies and used AmpolCash Gift Card to pay for their petrol? Is it a specific type of Ampol that accepts all 3? Also, side note, any idea why my car’s range goes down from 500km to 420km after fuelling at Ampol? Anyone else experience drops in range switching from 7/11 to Ampol?

      I have been able to stack the following at EG Ampol in the past:

      • Paper Woolworths fuel discount + Origin Energy discount + AmpolCash (physical and digital)

      • Woolworths fuel discount stored on Everyday Rewards card + Origin Energy discount + AmpolCash (physical and digital)

      • Offline Woolworths fuel discount + Origin Energy discount + AmpolCash (physical)

      • Paper Woolworths fuel discount + spend in-store offer + AmpolCash Digital

      • Paper Woolworths fuel discount + Origin Energy discount + WISH eGift Card

      • Woolworths fuel discount stored on Everyday Rewards card + Origin Energy discount + WISH eGift Card

      However, I will note there was one report a while ago of someone being unable to redeem an AmpolCash Digital gift card at EG Ampol after redeeming an Everyday Rewards card and the RACV fuel discount. The error code they reported sounded as though EG Ampol was rejecting the gift card, rather than Ampol (the gift card issuer). There is nothing in the RACV fuel discount terms and conditions that lists AmpolCash as an excluded payment method, so I have no idea what is going on there.

        BTW how exactly does one use a WISH eGift Card at EG Ampol? Do they scan the barcode on your phone and ask you to type in the PIN on the keypad? (I've only used WISH eGift cards at Woolworths self checkout or online.)

          You tell them you want to use eGiftcard scan the barcode. Then enter your PIN. Easy as.

          The most annoying is all the things u need to scan. Everyday rewards card, then 2nd extra 4c discount code, then eGift card 🙄. Takes up a lot of extra time if every customer did that.

      EG Ampol started accepting AmpolCash Digital as a payment method in February 2024.

      EG Ampol has been accepting AmpolCash physical gift cards for many years (well before EG took over operations of the former Woolworths Petrol service stations).

      However, I will note that the Rest Super fuel discount offer for EG Ampol specifically lists AmpolCash as an excluded payment method.

        I've been using the Rest Super 4c to stack with Woolworths 4c and paid with AmpolCash with no issues at EG.

        I no longer have to join the queue at Costco Fuel to get cheap fuel now (during the low fuel cycle of course).

      nah they are separate places

      Toyota 4c only works at Ampol Ampol or Ampol Foodary but you can woolies card for points sometimes

      The Woolies 4c works in EG Fuel only which you can't stack with Toyota 4c and they don't have the scanner to accept the Toyota 4c anyway… But you can stack with Origin 4c

      Both ampol digital gc can be used in eg or ampol

      You can use the Toyota fuel discount at Ampol Foodary service stations in conjunction with AmpolCash gift cards.

      You can use the Woolworths fuel discount at EG Ampol and participating Ampol Foodary service stations in conjunction with AmpolCash gift cards.

      However, Ampol Foodary officially only allows you to redeem one fuel discount per transaction. Depending on how the checkout system is programmed, the checkout may automatically remove one fuel discount if the service station attendant scans two different discounts. Alternatively, the attendant may also manually remove one of the fuel discounts to ensure you only claim one. It definitely used to be possible to stack the Woolworths fuel discount with one other fuel discount at Ampol Foodary, but it looks like Ampol has been cracking down on this in recent times.

      Not so. I just used $100 Coles Prepaid Mastercard to buy $100 AmpolCash Digital Gift Card through this deal.
      Just load it into the payment section before making a purchase. No problem.

        Tried loading numerous coles mastercard giftcards yesterday but all failed saying,

        "Unable to link card

        For security reasons, you can't link this card to this Shopback account. Use a card from a different issuing bank and try again."

        Do you think it sounds account specific?

        They give only 2% so how come they are superior?

        Also, you don't have app to 711 cards so you need to add them to wallet which will then ask you to verify pin details but it never works.

        While Ampol uses app called passwallet that store your gift card and also automatically update balance!
