Business only started a week ago, and you managed to get over 100 orders, sent them, your clients receiving them, have enough time to decide if they like them, AND give you feedback, all in the space of 8 days?
We can be nice to new businesses, but at least try not to make outlandish claims for a 8-day old online business.

I think more people should learn about moissanite.
That said, I found some things on your website you should rethink. You"ve dropped the D word on one of your pages; your copywriter didnt do a good job.
You mention you own your own lab. Elsewhere you mention there could be international shipping delays. So where is the lab? China? India?
If that's the case, then you are just another middleman (despite what your website says) or dropshipper and there are avenues already for me (that anyone with an internet connection can access, to be clear, it's not a secret club) to actually cut the middleman myself and get moissanite jewellery from China. Of course, we can get into the potential differences in support or aftercare between an Aus small biz vs a Chinese manufacturer but my point still stands.

But there is no doubt you have a tough road ahead - educating (or converting, rather) customers would be a tough one. The average person is sold on buying natural diamonds. So ultimately no, these people aren't like me, scoping out the next sparkly thing to puchase on the internet from China.
Moissanite has its place and is an affordable factory made… Rock/gem or whatever you classify the silicon as.
However diamond is a natural occurring rare stone that will hold its value no matter what.. yes this is sparklier but it's artificial.
As long as people know what they are getting.. misleading with diamond though. Big no no. They also measure in carat which is not something that is standard outside stones. Moissanite should be measure by size not weight.
Also spelling needs to improve from OP. Especially as webpage/ details is a front end to their store. Occasions vs occations.
Diamonds are very very far from "rare".
