This deal is back again. This deal is targeted (as highlighted by Ikchu).
I was targeted (received email offer) by doing the following:
Make sure you have signed up with Arevo(arevo.com.au). (FREE)
Use the app (ie. fuel price search).
Wait for the offer email and click the "Claim Offer" button, then complete the offer. The email may take a few days to arrive.
Warning from the previous deal: *Make sure not to use special characters in your address, which can cause errors (e.g. 3/4 for unit numbers)
(previous instructions suggested that completing the promo link was required to get the offer. I don't know if this is correct, as the offer is targeted based on registering and using the app).
I registered with Arevo and the promo on Monday 5/8, got email offer Wednesday 7/8. I did a few fuel searches via the Arevo app in the meantime - and I'm actually interested if this is a better fuel finder app than PetrolSpy.
*Fair use policy applies. Offer is available to registered arevo users who are the recipient of this offer only. You must use your arevo account email address to sign up for this offer. Your RACV Emergency Roadside Assistance Subscription is activated after RACV receives the full $10 payment. The discount applied is $119. Offer is only available to new roadside assistance subscribers. Offer is not valid for Extra Care or Total Care products. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The offer can be cancelled at the discretion of the provider. Standard ERA Terms and Conditions apply. For more information, visit https://www.racv.com.au/cars-transport/roadside-assistance.h…
(T&C's have not been updated, RACV roadside assist has gone up by $5/year).
Follow Up!: I didn't receive the $10 invoice from RACV. I phoned them at the 1800 number listed on the deal website and was able to pay over the phone.
Does this look dodgy if I use this to cover an EV?
