Nexus is better for gaming purposes: nicer screen and an Nvidia tecra 3 processor. Camera is worse in Nexus 7, only a frontal of 1.2MP. However the best camera of the SGT2 7 is just a crappy fixed-focus no-flash 3MP one.
One advantage of the SGT2 7 is the micro-SD expansion possibility. Nowadays you could buy for US$50 a 64GB Sandisk class 10 card: http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/85540 .
They say it works on the SGTabs if one format the card to fat32.
For web-browsing purposes SGT7 is OK. But I am not convinced about this price as the 32GB 3G version of Nexus was recently around 299

If there's an MLN in your area, it should be excluding. However, if your only recourse is to order online from MLN, it would be including.
