        Even the most reputable brands can have a few faulty items that slip through the cracks. Sounds like you were unlucky and it's good you got refunded. I wouldn't neg Anker based on just this one incident.

    • Probably not bad, but it's great to have the convenience of 2 ports as well and one of each USB-C and USB-A which covers most scenarios.

  • Probably worth getting something like a 60w charger that way your covered if you want to charge your laptop as well
