Home Assistant Sprinkler and Speaker

I'm looking to buy a watering system that can water the lawn according to home assistant integration. any suggestions? the cheaper the merrier

also, a speaker i can text-to-speech with via home assistant. suggestions welcome

I've got a bhyve and it has a HACS plugin to control it.

Otherwise the OpenSprinkler project or you could even roll your own with some relays and esphome.

Apparently the Ikea wifi speakers are sonos, and that apparently has a good home assistant integration.
i'll keep an eye out for a bargain priced second hand one.

Watering system? We are not telepathic, so you might need more detail.

I have a bore and pump plugged in to a smart socket. The pump powers 8 mechanical sprinklers. It is simple and effective.
You could do the same with solenoid valves, a smart socket and power supply (12V/24V) for each.

text-to-speech works well with Google Home/Nest speakers.
