Voucher cannot be used.
Menulog used to be fine, but these days, the service is next to hopeless. Constant delay and the "latest delivery time" just keeps on being pushing back at their will (WHAT IS THE POINT OF STATING IT THEN?). There was once that I spent 40 mins to text to support and I just got a bunch of people who just kept on responding your questions via prescriptive answers without making much sense or being helpful.
I don't particular like Uber, but I would rather pay more using them so I can actually get my stuff in a more reasonable or predictable timeframe……
Why don't you use Doordash then, best out of the lot in terms of service and customer service
