i got 4 of my orders dispatched yesterday, orders i made last week.
Ozsale isn't a warehouse shop that buys this stuff in. They are showing other people's items and at the end of the sale those items are shipped to Ozsale, once they receive them they split the shipment into the individual orders and ship them again.
That's why you can only order from one sale at a time, unless of course it says next day dispatch.
Not their fault if it takes a while and no I don't work for them.

My wife orders from ozsale on a regular basis and while occasionally they run out of stock on certain items the orders have always arrived. They can be a little slow at times (longest is about 8 weeks).
I've only ordered on Ozsale twice, but on both occasions I had issues with the order taking a massive amount of time (well over a month). On the second order, they claimed one of the items was out of stock after they shipped it to me about 6 weeks after ordering, which I wasn't too happy about, since that particular item was the main reason I ordered and the other items were kinda pointless without it. It ended up being a massive pain trying to get a refund off them, so in the end I had to get a credit card chargeback since the 45-day PayPal dispute window had closed.
Never again.

True, but that is all we get to see so sharing it to clear up there is no image of the actual hats.. probably should have stated that with the picture.

Neg all you like but if this was a bricks and mortar business, how many people would you know that would….
• Hand over their contact details before being allowed to walk into the store
• Believe that three hats that they weren't allowed to see were worth $120
• Would be happy handing money over based on pictures that are not necessarily the items you are buying
Your 'contact details' is an email address… It's really not that intrusive, if you have a problem with it then set up a dummy email for websites like this (believe it or not many other similar sites do this).
It's not so unbelievable to consider that a hat could be worth $40 but yes many shops inflate their price, how many times have you walked in to a electronics retailer and believed their $1999 TV is really worth $2999?
It's a lucky dip, they are very cheap. Complain all you want about the shipping but it's a capped shipping and you can order as much or as little as you want for $9 (shipping).
They aren't in control of their supplier, they can only advertise what they are told.
