    Do you have any information on the size and/or dimensions of the tool roll?

      Good luck with that. I've asked at east four times here and viatheir website and had ZERO response. Image suggests it's far more a bulky tool bag in cylinder form (albeit with the usual handy zip pockets) than the normal compact tool roll many are familiar with. Judging by the hand it looks around 32cm x ?22?cm (rolled diameter)

    • It's been 12 days now and Australia Post tracking still indicates 'ready for processing". I have tried to contact Cooee without a response. Not impressed so far. Looks like I'm not the only one waiting. If there is a delay perhaps it would be best to communicate that to this thread. Thanks

    • Same thing on my end. It looks like our parcels are still sitting in the warehouse awaiting pickup.

    • Yeah nothing. I emailed customer support at the start of the week and they stated they are waiting for courier to collect this week.

    G'day all,

    Firstly apologies, It consumes a lot of my time replying back to individual emails which further delays the processing of orders. Unfortunately, I have been having issues with Australia Post attending to scheduled pickups. I contacted Australia Post yesterday morning to confirm the pickup that was missed x2 times already this week. I was assured that they would attend and unfortunately they did not.Packages awaiting collection I understand the frustration and personally this is very disappointing for me as a small business owner because the success of my business often relies upon its efficient delivery service. I pay a premium to use Australia Post rather than other delivery services which are far cheaper and in cases like this I am the one who has no deal with the upset customers and I sincerely apologise.

  • So another week goes by without any progress on shipping and no further update. Surely were not waiting for Cooeecanvas to receive stock. Fathers day present was sorted.

    • I have reviewed the footage and it appears that not all items were scanned when collected by the courier. I am trying to come to the bottom of this. It appears that some orders between 635X and 637X are affected… Trust me I am working on it. I will also work out a form of compensation for this inconvenience.
