  I cancelled today - via chat on the JB mobile app so I have a record of the amounts and saved in screenshots.

  Final amount due is $766.59. I have been told I'll be sent an invoice for this amount.

  I've also been informed that if I want to get the $99 back, I have to go to a JB store in person for a refund.

    In store you will not be able to get the $99 back, that has been paid to Telstra not JB.

      Can you please explain to me how to get the 99 back? Is that the first 99 you're charged when you sing up for the plan?

    When did you sign up! Im a bit confused did you pay two times $99 and to get one back or that's the first and only $99 you've paid?

    I had no idea you can get that back i tho that the minimum is 99 + 766.

      its over. $1500 discount on the any flip6 now.

      Still okay. can get a refund for the full $1799 (need to pay $299) in GC.

      $766 + 99 + 299 = 1164 for $1799 worth of GC.

          @drazenm: $766 + 99 + 299 = 1164

          Alternatively, refund the phone for $1799.

          JB issues a GC when signing up for the plan. The GC is then used to purchase the phone. JB has a 30 days change of mind policy.
