I have Soundpeats Air2 and yes they are good for video conf calls - I do take them in a pretty quiet environment at home though
Capsule 3 Pro for sure. I have both and the sound quality on the Capsule 3 Pro is much better and the ANC actually does something unlike the Air4.
I use the Capsule 3 Pro for public transport and general listening when I am out and about.
I leave the Air4 in the office and use them for calls, I don't like having my ears sealed when on calls. The one weakness of the Capsule 3 Pro is the "pass through" mode is terrible.
Capsule 3 Pro is also cheaper on amazon at the moment, $44.48 with the 50% coupon.

I have this and Air 4 lite. If you like in Ear and great ANC, I think Ear Fun pro3 is much better than Air 4. $64.99 is a steal at this price.

These are semi-open, and do not have the silicone tip that goes in your ear.

You can buy little silicone covers on eBay that make them fit better.
