Zero idea why OzB Mod keep changing my deal’s title, this deal is for all StG,BoM,BSA cardholders who linked their card onto ShopBack and pay the entire Woolies grocery purchase using this payment. This has nothing to do with new customers or not.

This is supposed to be one of the best deal with 15% back on groceries. Totally devalued this deal by sticking a (new customer) tags over my wish!

      No, but OzB Mod changed my deal title later by sticking (new customer) on the title, totally ruined this first ever bank bonus deal with Woolies.

      No these gift cards bonus are purchased made in ShopBack app gift card section, not from Woolies online. Plus if you use gift card to check out totally void this deal.

  • Can you use part payment of one of those Woolies online refund vouchers? Also anyone know if they give a credit voucher if it exceeds the sale value?

    • Save those for next purchase, why would you want to lower the total bank card paid an amount which entitled your 15% cashback. Use it for your walk in shop instead.

  • So as long as the order is placed today you will get the bonus regardless when the order is collected or delivered? What if some of the order are out of stock when they are being picked/packed?

    • You don’t really get charged the full amount until the staff picked and complete all your items, so the final amount would yield you 15% back when you check out with your ShopBack linked stg/bom/bsa card in full,

  • Can you use the Woolworths 10% off monthly shop code and still get the 15%?

    • Don’t believe there’s any code use restriction as long as you pay with one of those cards.

    The lack of T&Cs suggests someone at SB stuffed up and I can't imagine it was intended for existing customers.

      They have been running similar bank cashback with Coles, which everyone has no issue with, nor they restrict new/existing customers.

      Personally I got many time confirmed with Coles as existing customers.

      • It goes without saying that Coles is not Woolworths, and the arrangements ShopBack has with them are unrelated.

    • Mine is tracked now but only the normal amount. No sign of the bonus. Paid in full with my registered BankSA card.

      • Having exact same issue here. Only being tracked this morning with the purchase made around 9pm Sun and picked up Monday. No sign of bank bonus yet.

      It's been over 24 hours since I had an order completed/delivered, and there hasn't been any tracking whatsoever.

      • Spoke too soon, mine have now tracked.
