My eBay Plus $5 codes went missing from my eBay summary again, despite not having redeemed them. I was going to complain to chat, but they don't work weekends.
After some searching, I re-checked my eBay Plus benefits and discovered that the $5 voucher now has a minimum spend of $25 which might explain why the existing codes were pulled without warning. Not happy, but at least I'm getting slightly better value at 20% discount.
Anyone else seen this?

I queried chat, and after mentioning the 'PLUS5C' code the agent got really agitated and was trying to figure out how I knew about it - as though it wasn't supposed to show up in my eBay Plus page yet.

As promised I escalated the concern to our concerned team and received an update I am sharing below.
Being an eBay plus member you are supposed to receive $5 off $35 every month as usual. For this month, it was issued however it is not showing up in your eBay summary page.

Please ensure to use it BEFORE 31st July 2024 on items worth $35 or more.
PLUS5C wont be a separate voucher that PLUS5L and either of one will be issued to them, however we will back with the update. For now kindly use PLUS5L before 31st July and after 31st you will also get next $5 voucher.
We have further escalated if it will be PLUS5L or PLUS5C.
NOW, it seems, this 'new' PLUS5C code is a limited-selection code like the usual suspects for a very limited selection only on this page here but the agent couldn't verify if the existing PLUS5L $5 off $35 codes are finally being pulled completely.
Do the $5 vouchers come through for everyone at the same time or are they linked to the membership subscription date or similar?
I think they're linked to membership date; my two accounts receive them at different times.
Assuming they're replacing the old vouchers, then the issuance date should be the same as before - that seems to be the case for me so far.

I've received a PLUSB4 5% off code (https://pages.ebay.com.au/buyer_coupons/2023/PLUSB4/) for the month but it's not for all eBay Plus items, so am waiting for a $5 one…
